The purchaser or viewers of the website agrees to all the following clauses.

1) Once the sale has been made / confirmed and payment has been made the purchased product will be sent to the address provided.

2) After the corresponding sale has been dispatched the use or misuse of the product provided is the sole responsibility of the purchaser, not Beamtek ltd or any of it’s directors or employees. The purchaser agrees to accept responsibility for causing incidents, complaints, accidents, injuries or death/s arising from the application or misapplication of the product or any packaging provided, whether the purchaser was involved or not.

3) The purchaser is in agreement that there is no Warranty for the product provided and that a refund is not applicable.

4) Beamtek Ltd does not distribute or sell any personal information from its purchasers, other than for the purposes of distributing products and may store such data for reference. However, if through accident or incident; personal data of purchasers becomes distributed against the purchasers will, Beamtek Ltd or any of it’s directors or employees will not be held liable or responsible for any harm caused.

5) The purchaser is a fully responsible adult. This is understood to be a condition of sale.

6) Any damage to the any of purchaser’s property or others property (for example a rifle or scope) through use or misuse of the product provided; is the sole responsibility of the purchaser and Beamtek Ltd or any of it’s directors or employees will in no way provide reimbursement for any damage caused, whether it be proved that it was Beamtek Ltd or any of it’s directors or employees fault or not.

7) All photos, videos, animations and information on the website is the intellectual property of Beamtek Ltd and is not to be copied, distributed or edited by others.

8) Any products of other companies shown as recommendations by Beamtek Ltd, or information provided on the website, is to be regarded as nothing more than opinion or information only and Beamtek Ltd or any of it’s directors or employees accept no responsibility for it’s use or misuse, the accuracy of the information or the application of it.
